Vision
My Vision
I am called to touch people with broken hearts. Therefore, my involvement in people’s lives is with empathy and genuineness. I see myself as an instrument in the hands of the Lord to make a real difference in people’s pain. My task is to help the brokenness to look beyond the problem that interrupts their life and to facilitate healing and growth. I believe that people can learn the necessary skills to cope better with life’s difficulties and to be more resilient. However, the challenge is to develop and build one’s resilience into a way of life and a new way of being.
It is also my passion to help people who are willing to over-come obstacles and to look further than limitations when reaching for their dreams. The living Lord makes it possible for people to master and enjoy life and to live with meaning. I believe in the possibilities and change God can bring into peoples’ lives through Jesus Christ and his Holy Spirit.
My personal strength is to facilitate the integration of emotional and spiritual growth within a person’s well-being and everyday life. In this regard, I am especially striving through the Trauma Healing Network (a registered Welfare Organization in Namibia) to serve the broader community towards change and new growth by making my knowledge, skills and experience available to all people on ground-level.
Although I am working from a Christian perspective, I have the abilities to work with people from all religions without putting them under pressure.
